Next I'm going to share with you a few tips that you should know about Sherwin Williams Accessible Beige.

SW Accessible Beige Design Tip 1: Prime Your Walls

If you're thinking about painting your interior walls or trims with SW Accessible Beige it's important to take into consideration what your current paint color is in your home.

For example, if you have a dark cool gray paint color on your interior walls then I recommend priming your interior walls first for several reasons. Chances are SW Accessible Beige is lighter than your current dark gray interior walls and anytime you want apply a lighter paint color on your wall you should always prime your interior walls. This will seal the current dark gray paint color and prevent the blue gray undertones bleed into the lighter interior wall paint color. I see this happen all the time. It's a simple mistake that leads to a costly mistake and please don't let that happen to you.

SW Accessible Beige Design Tip 2: Don't Cut Paint Colors

If you're thinking about cutting SW Accessible Beige because you want the paint color to be lighter as you find it a little too dark for your home. I don't recommend cutting paint colors because you will change the ratio of the paint color therefore you will change the undertones of the paint color. Anytime you cut a paint color it becomes a different paint color and the undertones are unpredictable. There is always a better option for you if you want a lighter paint color and cutting the paint can lead to a costly mistake.
