You will receive a direct link to the online questionnaire, which is auto-saved as you fill it in, so you can return and complete it at your convenience.
Color Kit
Once you have submitted your questionnaire and pictures, you will receive an invitation to speak with Jacob on a Live Video Call. You will receive your Color Kit the following business day.
