Very helpful
It was pleasant and easy to work with Jacob. I sent him before pictures and we discussed our space and what we wanted to achieve. We wanted an off white that had some “personality” so were excited when the options he gave us included a brand new Benjamin Moore color called Plaster of Paris. Stunning transformation!
Getting color consultation with Jacob was the best decision I've made. I was looking for the right color to replace the **** yellow exterior body color and it needs to complement the dark trim my house has. Jacob was very professional, his expertise is top-notch. Fantastic service offered
Jacob Owen was well worth the money I paid. I received a very comprehensive color analysis of the various shades that would compliment my home. He made sure to incorporate all the exterior elements of my home in his analysis and provided me with 8 colors that would work well with my home. I was able to get samples of the 8 colors and paint them on the house. He also provided trim and front door colors for consideration. I like that his report contained the brand and type of paint to place on the main body, the trim, and the facia. Well worth the money.

So glad I found Jacob
Our kitchen had a violet-undertoned taupe-gray swirl backsplash that clashed so hard with the floor, cabinets, and most of all the putrid yellow walls that I was frozen in fear at the thought of picking another color. But my consult with Jacob went very smoothly and he explained each of his suggestions thoroughly, which I really appreciated. I went with his first choice, SW Natural Tan, and I’m pretty amazed at how great it is. The painters (ahem, my husband and I) got a tad too much paint on the ceiling and Jacob graciously suggested two new colors, gratis. We’ve not tackled that yet, but I’m sure they’ll be gorgeous when we do. I’ll be using Jacob from now on.

Transformative wall color change
Jacob provided excellent advice to guide our living room and dining room transformation from an overly dark stone beige to an airy, light, sophisticated and calming Dove Wing by Benjamin Moore. Our furniture and art work have come to life, and rooms look larger and fresh. His advice on paint finishes for the decorative trim were seamless. We are still waiting for some new furniture etc so the photos are only of our painted walls right after they were finished. Jacob provided the AAA+ expert advisement I was looking for. Another amazing paint color from Jacob!
This was my second time hiring Jacob for a paint color consultation. This was in a different home, a very dated looking 1970s house, with dated fixed elements that couldn’t be changed. I had another pleasant video call with Jacob, where he gathered additional information as for the desired effects of the paint color. He’s so nice to talk to and he’s very thorough. I admit when I made the paint samples and held them up in the house, I couldn’t see Jacob’s vision as for how these would work in the home.
